Kumar Dharmanna

With over a decade of experience in the social development sector, Kumar Dharmanna has served as a Quality Assurance Coordinator and Operations Manager at Childline India Foundation under the Ministry of Women and Child Development. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing national monitoring of child helpline calls, conducting audits, preparing quality reports, delivering training, and managing call center operations to ensure service excellence.

Prior to this, Kumar worked as a Project Executive at Janaagraha, where he led community engagement initiatives.

He holds a master’s degree in Social Work from Gulbarga University.
